The "Women in Science" poster is printed on high-quality 100lb. card stock and measures 40.5"x23.5".

Center inset--At the time the photograph was taken Evelyn Roeloffs (geophysicist) was head of the earthquake prediction experiment at Parkfield, CA. The 2-color laser operated by Duane Hamann is used to measure small dispacements on the San Andreas Fault.
Right inset--Leda Beth Gray (geochronologist) uses a laser to melt minerals and determine its geologic age.
